Apply 2 pumps of the Oral Support Serum to your toothbrush (with or without toothpaste). Brush as usual, and spit out the excess. Then, apply 2 pumps of the Hyaluronic Dental Serum to your tongue and gently spread the serum over your gums before spitting out the excess.
